Mint a Rare or a Legend and it enters the pool on the very next royalty. Nobody has to call anything. It earns from that moment forward and can never claim what came before it.
There is no window and no deadline. Claiming is permissionless: no pause switch exists, and no owner function can block it or take from the pool.
